FINANCIAL GIVING

We're so thankful for the generosity of all who choose to give towards the work of Highgrove. It helps us to show God's love and generosity to the world around us and enables church family life to run smoothly.

We don't tend to talk a lot about giving as we're keen that guests don't feel under pressure. When we do talk about it, it's less about fund-raising than it is about disciple-making. That's because giving generously is all about becoming more like Jesus.

How does giving work at Highgrove?

Highgrove Church is a congregation of the Woodlands Church Family (registered as a charity called Woodlands Group of Churches).

The charity gives the Highgrove leadership team an annual expenditure budget which matches the amount of giving received from people at Highgrove. This means that your giving directly impacts our ability to disciple children and young people, run our building, pay our small staff team and bless the local community.

Once a month, we also take a Sunday offering to support our global and local mission partners. You can give to our Global and Local Mission Fund here.

How to give:

Online by Direct Debit or card

This is the easiest way to give, whether your gift is regular or one-off. Please visit our online donation page.

Cheques and cash

Gifts can be placed in the white box on the wall just inside the main entrance. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Woodlands Group of Churches’.

What is Gift Aid?

If you are a UK taxpayer, Woodlands Group of Churches is able to reclaim a further 25% of the value of your gift. For us to be able to claim tax back on your gifts, you need to select gift aid whilst donating via our online giving portal or print out, complete and return a paper form.
