Sundays at Highgrove
We gather on Sunday mornings at 9.30am and 11am at our building in Sea Mills, Bristol.
Both of our Sunday Services include worship songs, a Bible-based talk and an opportunity to receive prayer. You can enjoy hot drinks and catch up with friends at 10.30am. Please bring your own keepie cup!
If you are not able to join us in person, join us online for our live-streamed 9.30am service.
Groups for Children and Young People
After meeting together across the ages in the first part of each service, there are groups for children and young people meeting in and around the Highgrove building. At the 9.30am service, we have groups available for ages 1-7. At the 11am service, we run groups for ages 4-17. Check out our Children and Youth pages for further details, and don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any questions.
If you’re passionate about children learning about Jesus and growing in faith, we’d love you to volunteer. Ideally, you’d commit to help in one of our groups once a month. Just fill in our online form to find out more.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long are the services?
Our 9.30am service usually lasts for one hour. The 11am service lasts for one hour and fifteen minutes, with refreshments served at 10.30am.
Should I dress up?
Not unless you want to! Most people dress casually.
How will I know what to do, and when?
Service hosts will guide and clearly explain what is happening when. It’s all very friendly and informal.
What's there to do for kids?
We are a church with lots of families. We offer groups for children from 1- 18 years old on Sunday mornings. Find out more by visiting our Children or Youth pages. If you would rather your children stay with you, that's fine as well.
Where do children and youth go for their groups?
This will all be explained by the host on the day, but normally groups start after a time where we worship together across the ages. If you’re new and bringing children along for the first time, try to arrive early and say hello to one of our Children or Youth Team. They’ll be wearing a green T shirt, or just ask a Welcome Team member to point them out to you.
What is worship music like and should I sing along?
We have a live band and singers at the front and the lyrics to the songs will appear on screens, so it’s easy to sing along if you would like to. Don’t worry if you’ve never heard them before! You can watch our previous livestreams to get an idea of the sort of sung worship we do.
What are the talks about?
Each talk has a message based on Bible passages. We plan talk series’ so that over several weeks or a month, we work through interesting and relevant topics to help us follow Jesus together. Messages will touch on everyday life and will hopefully be inspiring and relevant to you. Why not check out some of our recent talks?
