THE WAY: Life together | Peter Hatton

THE WAY: Life together | Peter Hatton

Jesus’ invitation to apprenticeship was an invitation to come and do life together as part of the family of God.

In this talk, Peter Hatton looks at how we can cultivate relationships that are marked by depth, vulnerability and a commitment to transformation.

In this talk, Peter asks 3 questions for us to think about:

  1.  How committed are we to our life together? Which of the '…one another' sayings in the NT do we find difficult?

    2. Are we meeting regularly with other Christians in small groups 'to watch over one another in love' and learn more about what it means to follow Jesus?

    3. Are there strongholds of evil in our life together and in the life of the world that we are being called to overcome in the power of God's Spirit?

PRAYERS OF THE SAINTS | Prayer of confession

In the third talk of our series, Peter Hatton looks at what we can learn from David’s prayer of repentance and the importance of quickly turning to God in prayer whenever we sin.

The Bible reference for this talk is Psalm 51.
