The last two years have challenged hope for many people. One result of this has been an increase in poor mental health, with many people suffering anxiety and depression.
Mental health has carried huge stigma over the years, but Christians are not immune from poor mental health any more than poor physical health. But God, through the Bible, offers help and hope!
In this three week series, we look at what the Bible says about these issues.
Our First Sunday services are held on the first Sunday of every month.

1 Samuel 13:14
David is not perfect by any means. We see his flaws and may even dislike aspects of his character. What redeems him, and is redemptive in every human life, is his heart for God.
In this series, using the accounts of David’s life, as well as the revelations of his heart we read in the Psalms, we’ll explore what it was about the heart of David that God saw and loved and how we can develop that same heart.

What is the purpose of sharing our lives with each other and why is it something we should pursue?
We’ll be exploring that in our series ‘Together’ by looking at the metaphors used for the church in Paul’s letter to the Ephesians.
