At Highgrove, we’ve partnered with the charity Begin Well to deliver free antenatal course to expecting parents who are 28+ weeks on. The course follows Begin Well’s curriculum and is evidence-based. It’s run by trained volunteers and healthcare professionals and runs for 6 weeks. You can have a look at Begin Well’s website here to learn more about what they offer.

Our next course will be starting in January 2027.

The course is free, although you will need to book a space. The link to sign up will be posted here as soon as we’re ready.
