In recent years, there has been a rising interest in faith amongst people in the UK. The Bible Society recently published a study about this (https://www.biblesociety.org.uk/research/quiet-revival) and named it ‘The Quiet Revival’. God is on the move! And we want to keep in step with what he’s doing in our city and in the wider world. That’s where prayer come into play.
Between 14 and 20 September at Highgrove, we're making space for prayer. At the start of a new academic year, it will be a chance to seek God for the year ahead and to make time to be with him. During the week, we’ll be hosting a 24-7 prayer room at the Highgrove building. There’ll also be plenty of other opportunities during the week to gather with others to pray.
It's not about adding more activity, but it's about making space for prayer.
